Our Process

We use our proprietary model as a diagnostic tool to prepare your entire team for change and growth to come. We focus on three key areas when it comes to implementing change across an organization: the head, the hands, and the house.

The head represents the feelings and thought processes of individuals. The hands represent the skills and tools that employees within an organization have and have access to. The house represents the social environment and culture of an organization.

When one element of the model is modified, the other areas are affected. There is no beginning and no end to the model and all areas of the model have equal importance. By understanding the impact of change, you and your team will be able to anticipate reactions, set expectations, and implement effective, long-lasting change.

Kennedy Consulting Services, LLC was founded by Tricia Kennedy, who has 15+ years of experience in organizational change and is a lifelong student of the social and behavioral sciences. She believes that organizations can outshine the competition by investing in a holistic view of organizational change, which includes acknowledging and embracing individual differences.
